What Reso Guestlist is

Reso Guestlist is an independent guestlist service. It passes your reservation request to the venue's door staff, who add your party to that night's guestlist. It is not owned or operated by the venues or by After Dark Hospitality, and it does not sell tickets or table bookings.

It is free

You pay nothing to reserve. There is no booking fee, no service charge, no membership and no account. Reso Guestlist is paid by the venues, never by you.

Entry is up to the venue

A guestlist reservation is complimentary entry if you arrive before the cutoff time shown on the venue page. It is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry. The venue decides who enters and may refuse entry for capacity, dress code, identification or conduct, and may suspend the guestlist for special events and artist bookings. The decision at the door is final.

Hours, cover prices and cutoff times are checked with venue staff and kept up to date here, but venues can change them. If they differ on the night, the venue’s rules apply.

19+ with valid ID

Both venues are 19+ licensed premises under British Columbia law. Every guest needs valid government-issued photo ID. Do not submit a reservation for anyone under 19.

One reservation per guest per night

• Submit one reservation per guest per venue per night, using your own name, email address and phone number.
• Do not submit speculative, bulk, repeated or test reservations, or use made-up or borrowed contact details. They are screened and refused.
• An assistant or agent acting for you is bound by the same rules and by the reservation policy at https://www.reso.gl/agents.md.

Changing or cancelling

Email info@reso.gl with the name the reservation was made under and the date. Please cancel if you cannot make it: a no-show takes a spot another guest could have had. Do not submit a second reservation to change the first.

Changes

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
