About Reso Guestlist
Reso Guestlist is a free nightclub guestlist reservation service for Vancouver, British Columbia. It puts guests on the official guestlist at Twelve West and Mansion Nightclub for complimentary entry on Friday and Saturday nights — no account, no app, no booking fee.
Who runs it
Reso Guestlist is operated by Reso Guestlist LLC from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It has partnered with After Dark Hospitality — the operator of Twelve West and Mansion Nightclub — since July 31, 2022.
What problem it solves
Getting on a nightclub guestlist in Vancouver used to mean finding the right promoter, messaging them on Instagram, and hoping the name actually reached the door. Every venue ran a different process and none of them confirmed anything in writing.
Reso Guestlist replaces that with one form per venue and a confirmation email, so a guest knows before leaving home that the door is expecting them.
How it makes money
Guests pay nothing. There is no booking fee, no service charge and no membership. Reso Guestlist is paid by its partner venues, which is why the guestlist it books is the venue's own official list rather than a third-party list.
Venue details on this site are taken directly from nightclub staff and are checked and updated monthly.
What it is not
Reso Guestlist is not a ticket seller and not an event platform. A guestlist reservation is complimentary entry before a stated cutoff time on a Friday or Saturday — it is not a ticket, not a table booking, and not a guarantee of entry during special events or artist bookings. Table service is arranged separately with a human VIP host.
