What is collected

A guestlist reservation collects only what the venue's door staff needs to find you on the list: your name, email address, phone number, the venue, the date, the number of guests, and any note you choose to add. The newsletter form collects an email address and nothing else.

No account is created and no password is stored.

Why it is collected

Your name, date and guest count are passed to the partner venue so its staff can add you to the official guestlist for that night. Your email address is used to send the confirmation for that reservation. Your phone number is used only if a venue host needs to reach you about that booking — for example to confirm a table request.

Who it is shared with

Reservation details are shared with the partner venue you chose — Twelve West or Mansion Nightclub, both operated by After Dark Hospitality — and with the hosting and email providers that run this site on our behalf.

Reso Guestlist does not sell personal information and does not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run cross-site ad tracking. A preference for light or dark mode is stored in your browser only. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic analytics are used to understand which pages are visited.

How long it is kept

Reservation records are kept while they are needed to run the guestlist and to resolve any dispute about a booking, and are then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link. You may ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing info@reso.gl. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Children

Both partner venues are 19+ licensed premises under British Columbia law. This site is not directed at anyone under 19 and reservations should not be submitted for them.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
